Elemental Cyber Security, Inc. announces acquisition of Elemental Security IP
Las Vegas. – November 11th, 2007 - Elemental Cyber Security, Inc. (Elemental), today announced the acquisition of the award-winning enterprise information security technology Elemental Security Platform™ and related intellectual property from the former California based Elemental Security, Inc.
Elemental Cyber Security, Inc. is incorporated in Las Vegas, Nevada with American operations based in Plano (Dallas), Texas; European operations in Paris, France, Munich, Germany; development and support centers in Texas and California.
