Elemental Security and Security Policy Automation
Elemental Security is a pioneer in the evolving marketplace for security policy automation. The Elemental Security Platform (ESP) provides hundreds of computer security rules for numerous operating system platforms. These rules can be packaged, parameterized, and deployed in custom configurations that express an enterprise’s security policies. The system can then monitor the network for compliance with these policies.
Security Policy Automation Defined
Computer networks represent constantly moving targets, as individuals and departments within an organization move individual computers on and off the network, reconfigure them, and repurpose them on a daily basis. A means of achieving security policy automation is the only way a network administrator can achieve some degree of security for network resources.
