Elemental Security and Enterprise Policy and Risk Management
The Elemental Security Platform (ESP) can be used to design and implement an enterprise policy and risk management program that protects enterprise computer networks.

Enterprise Policy and Risk Management Defined
Enterprise policy and risk management consists of a set of policies that define what is and what is not acceptable usage of an enterprise's computer resources. Ideally, the policy structure also embodies the means of enforcement, so that unacceptable usage, or access by unauthorized users, is not just identified but also actively prevented from occurring.
Enterprise Policy and Risk Management Prevalence
Enterprise policies that work towards risk management are essential in the fast growing, ever changing technological environment in which enterprises find themselves operating today. There is no single enterprise policy and risk management system that applies to every network. The existence of a single, uniform standard for enterprise policy and risk management implemented identically on every network would it make much easier for attackers to breach the security of networks.
