Compliance Software

Elemental Security Offers Compliance Software
The Elemental Security Platform provides a means to implement an enterprise’s computer network security policies and then to monitor, and optionally enforce, compliance with those policies.

Compliance Software Defined
Compliance software should at a minimum meet three needs: It should provide a platform in which an enterprise’s security policies can be modeled in the form of configuration and network access rules that can be deployed to computers on the network; it should be able to monitor those computers for compliance with the policies; and it should offer the option of automatically enforcing policies when appropriate. Compliance software should also document compliance and any violations that may occur.
Compliance Software Prevalence
Threats to networks are growing at an increasing rate, both from external and internal sources. The need for security compliance software will continue to expand in direct proportion both to the growth of the size and importance of a network as well as the growth in the frequency and seriousness of the threats that are directed against it.
